We do not ask for health, financial or family data as such. However, some may appear in the answers you choose to enter (section 5).
3. Purposes
- Performing your order: payment, account creation or reuse, enrolment, access for the stated period, access emails.
- Issuing certifications (Life Coaching, PULSE) after assessment.
- Providing support and answering your requests.
- Preventing fraud, securing systems, handling payment anomalies.
- Keeping proof of your acceptance of the terms.
- Complying with our legal and accounting obligations.
- For the shop and guides: delivering the product or guide and, if you asked for it, sending you follow-up emails, with an unsubscribe option.
- Emails about our programs: if you tick the box provided when requesting a guide, we may occasionally email you about our programs, books and trainings. This consent is optional and separate from receiving the guide. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by replying “stop”. We keep the date of your consent and the version of the wording you accepted.
Legal bases (where applicable law requires them, in particular the GDPR):
- performance of the contract;
- legal obligations;
- legitimate interest (security, proof, fraud prevention);
- consent (non-transactional follow-up emails, non-essential cookies where relevant).
4. Service providers and recipients
We do not sell your data. It is accessible to Peaceful Consulting and to the following providers, for the purposes described:

Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
5. Data entered in exercises (Self-Coaching in particular)
5.1. Some exercises invite you to reflect on personal matters: health, finances, family, relationships or work. The answers you choose to enter are stored on the platform, in your course space, so that you can find and complete them during your access period.
5.2. Who can access them:
- you;
- technically, Peaceful Consulting's platform and server administrators.
We do not access these answers unless necessary: support at your request, security, or a legal obligation. Self-Coaching exercises are neither graded nor corrected. Answers are not published, not shared with other participants and not used for commercial purposes.
5.3. Assessments (Life Coaching, PULSE): work submitted for assessment is reviewed by the people in charge of assessment.
5.4. Caution: do not enter information you do not wish to keep on the platform, in particular detailed medical information. The exercises also work with general wording.
5.5. Retention of answers: your personal exercise answers are kept for up to 12 months after your access to the programme ends, then deleted or anonymised where technically and legally appropriate, unless you request earlier deletion. This period applies only to exercise answers; other categories of data follow their own rules (section 6).

6. Retention periods
Each category follows its own rules. The 12-month period applicable to exercise answers (section 5.5) does not apply to invoices, orders, accounting or tax data, contractual evidence, evidence of consent, or data that must be kept to meet a legal obligation.

7. Security
We apply reasonable measures:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS);
- secure session cookies on the platform;
- payment delegated to Stripe and PayPal;
- restricted administrator access;
- backups.
No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law applicable to your situation (GDPR for people located in the EU or EEA, US state laws, other legislation), you may have:
- the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability;
- the right to withdraw your consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
How to make a request: write to legal@peacefulconsultingusa.com from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within one month, which may be extended where applicable law allows. If we refuse a request, we explain why and how you can appeal.
9. International transfers
Our systems are operated from the United States, and some providers process data in other countries. If you are located outside the United States, your data is transferred to the United States to the extent necessary to perform the contract you enter into with us. Where our providers transfer data from the European Union, they rely on the safeguards set out in their own terms (for example standard contractual clauses).
10. Minors
Our offers are reserved for persons aged 18 or over (Terms of Sale, section 13). We do not ask for a full date of birth: a simple age confirmation is collected when ordering. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor has provided us with data, contact us to have it deleted.

"Do Not Track" signals. We do not carry out any advertising tracking or tracking of your browsing across other websites. Our website does not change its behaviour in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals, since no such tracking takes place.
12. Changes
Any change will be published with its effective date and version number. Previous versions are archived.
