1. Seller

The programmes are delivered on Peaceful Consulting Academy, the online learning platform operated by Peaceful Consulting USA LLC.

2. Scope

These terms apply to online purchases of the following programmes:

• Self-Coaching: self-coaching programmes per dimension and the Integral Pack;
• Life Coaching: 4-level pathway and Life Coaching Certification;
• PULSE: 4-level PULSE certification pathway.

They supplement the Terms of Use. The Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Disclaimers and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of them.

Countries of sale (Self-Coaching). Self-Coaching programmes are offered to customers resident in the countries on the list of open countries shown on the checkout page. This list is set country by country according to the applicable tax and legal obligations, and may change. An order stating a country that is not open is refused on the checkout page. If a payment nevertheless goes through from a country that is not open (different billing or payment-account country), no access is created and the payment is refunded in full.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its page and summarised in the annex: content, access period, language, certification status. The content is digital and accessible online. For Life Coaching and PULSE, the contract also includes a service provided by Peaceful Consulting USA LLC: marking and validation of assessments and, where applicable, issuing the certification (section 8). No individual coaching session is included in these programmes, unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the product page and on the payment page, before the order is confirmed.

4.2. This is a one-time payment. No subscription and no automatic renewal.

4.3. Payment is made by card via Stripe or via PayPal, on their secure payment pages. Peaceful Consulting does not have access to your full payment details.

4.4. Taxes. Where the law of your place of residence requires a consumption tax to be collected (for example a US state sales tax, or VAT), that tax and the total price payable are shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order. No tax is added after payment.

4.5. Your own bank may charge currency conversion or bank fees. These are not charged by Peaceful Consulting.

5. Order and acceptance

5.1. Before paying, you provide your first name, last name, email address and country.

5.2. You must tick the box confirming that you have read and accept these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use, and that you have read the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You also confirm, in a separate box, that you are 18 or over. No box is pre-ticked.

5.3. Where applicable law requires it, a separate acknowledgement regarding the immediate start is requested: for Self-Coaching, the request for immediate access to the digital content and the acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost; for Life Coaching and PULSE, the request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, with information on the proportionate amount owed in case of withdrawal (see Refund and Cancellation Policy, section 5.2).

5.4. The date and time of your acceptance, and the version of the documents accepted, are stored with your order.

5.5. The order becomes final when Stripe or PayPal confirms the payment.

6. Access and delivery

6.1. Once payment is confirmed, your access is created automatically on Peaceful Consulting Academy:

• if no account exists for your email address, an account is created;
• if an account already exists with that address, it is reused and the course is added to it.

6.2. An access email is sent to you. When a new account is created, it contains an activation link valid for 24 hours. After that, contact support to receive a new link.

6.3. If a manual check is needed (account inconsistency, payment anomaly), access may be delayed. Support will then contact you.

6.4. Access periods (from payment confirmation):

For Life Coaching and PULSE, the 12-month period applies to purchases made on or after the effective date of these terms. Access acquired before that date keeps its original terms: it is neither shortened nor otherwise changed.

6.5. When access expires, the content can no longer be viewed. We recommend keeping your own notes during the access period.

6.6. New purchase, repurchase and higher level.

• A new purchase does not automatically extend an access period that is still running for the same programme, unless the offer purchased expressly says so.
• If your access to the programme has expired, a new purchase opens a new access for the stated period, starting from confirmation of the new payment.
• Purchasing a higher level (Life Coaching or PULSE) opens access to that level for its own period. It does not reset or extend access to levels already purchased, which keep their own end date.
• Self-Coaching: buying a dimension to which you already have running access, or whose order is still being processed, is refused on the checkout page, which shows the end date of the current access. The same applies to an Integral Pack that is already active.
• Before buying again a programme you still have access to, please contact support.

7. Use of content

Access is personal. Account sharing is prohibited. The content is protected and licensed for personal use only (Terms of Use, section 6).

8. Certification

• Self-Coaching: non-certifying programme.
• Life Coaching: "At the end of the program, the Life Coaching Certification under the Peaceful Consulting USA framework is issued manually after the assessments are validated. It is not recognized by any external body."
• PULSE: "PULSE certifications are issued by Peaceful Consulting USA after the assessments are validated, with no recognition by any external body. The Master Facilitator title does not authorize you to train or certify other practitioners."

Purchasing a level does not guarantee that a certification will be obtained. Certification depends on the assessments being validated.

9. No guarantee of results

The programmes are intended for learning and personal or professional development. No result is guaranteed: personal, professional, financial, commercial or health-related. See Disclaimers.

10. Availability and changes to content

We may update, correct or reorganise the content and the platform. These changes do not substantially reduce the essential characteristics of the product purchased during your access period. In case of prolonged unavailability attributable to us, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

11. Refunds and cancellation

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Liability

The liability clauses of the Terms of Use (section 9) apply. They do not limit the consumer's mandatory rights.

13. Age

The Self-Coaching, Life Coaching and PULSE offers are reserved for persons aged 18 or over. A minor may not enrol on their own. No path is offered for a parent or guardian to purchase and enrol a minor. When ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over; no full date of birth is requested.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by:

• the laws of the State of Texas;
• the jurisdiction of the courts of Tarrant County, Texas;
• subject to the mandatory consumer protections of the law of the consumer's country of residence.

15. Pre-contractual information (summary)

Before you confirm the order, the product page and the checkout page tell you:

• the seller: Peaceful Consulting USA LLC, 1511 Regency Ct, Arlington, Texas, United States — support@peacefulconsultingusa.com;
• the main characteristics: online digital content, language (FR or EN), self-paced non-certifying programme, no individual sessions included (Self-Coaching);
• the total price in USD and, where applicable, taxes (section 4.4); one-time payment, no renewal;
• supply: access created automatically after payment confirmation, access email followed by an order summary email;
• the access period: 6 months for Self-Coaching, 12 months for each Life Coaching and PULSE level (section 6.4);
• functionality and compatibility: an up-to-date web browser, an internet connection and a valid email address; no software to install;
• the right of withdrawal and its conditions (Refund and Cancellation Policy, section 5), including, for Life Coaching and PULSE, the proportionate amount owed in case of withdrawal after a request for immediate start and how it is calculated, and the withdrawal form (/en/legal/withdrawal-form/);
• the statutory conformity guarantees applicable to digital content and services, which apply in all cases;
• complaints handling: support@peacefulconsultingusa.com.

The order summary (reference, amount, access end date, versions of the documents accepted and, where applicable, the request for immediate access) is confirmed to you by email.
